結局、警察と司法には勝てんわけですね。
私は、あの時点で考えうる最良の安全策を考えて行動したんですが

『もしも 車検切れのトレーラーを牽引し、警察に検挙されたら・・・』
①道路交通法違反 無車検運行につき６点減点 ＋ 無保険運行につき、さらに６点減点
合計１２点減点で免許停止もしくは免許取消＋反則金およそ10万円
さらに
②道路運送車両法違反 いわゆる刑法違反で50万円以下の罰金
さらに
③自動車損害賠償責任法違反 いわゆる刑法違反で50万円以下の罰金
つまり、３つの法律違反を犯すことになるので
警察の取り扱いで、免許証はキズつきまくるし、反則金までくる始末
検察庁の取り扱いで 被疑者扱いになり、50万円以下の罰金が×２計算される始末。
まさにトリプルパンチで、とんでもない大目玉を喰らうことになります。
ちなみに担当検事さんいわく
今回の罰金は弐拾伍萬円ぐらいと予想
