去年ご購入頂きワンシーズンで約80時間乗られる鉄人M様のSCちゃんの整備をさせて頂きます(^^)
「オーバーヒートの警告ランプが乗ってる時に点灯しましたー‼︎」
っと…M様より電話があり近くのゲレンデで乗ってらっしゃったので帰りに入庫して頂きました
M様からヒアリングさせて頂きひとまずはJETの具合をチェック
もしかしたら砂詰まりかなとウォーターラインをチェックしましたが全く問題なし…
うーん…
ひとまずエンジン掛けてみたら
「OIL」の表示
ピンときたJET STARの鉄人社長‼︎
「オイルプレッシャースイッチっすね」
っと一言
なるほど～
っと…早速部品を注文し昨日やっと届きましたので今日のいい日に交換しました
まずはオイルプレッシャースイッチにアクセスしやすい様にアクセルワイヤーやスロットルボディーなど外し
オイルプレッシャースイッチを外しました
見た目では全くわかりませんが不良なんですよね
新品のオイルプレッシャースイッチを取り付け外したモノを取り付け完了(^^)
水を通しながら陸上でのテスト
OH～Σ(ﾟДﾟ；)ｱﾗﾏｯ
警告ランプも止まりました
っと…普通ならここで終わりですが…JET STARは試運転してお渡し(お客様のご要望につき…そして水上テストはお代金が発生します)
メーターとにらめっこしてましたが全く異常が見られませんでした
M様～今年も鉄人の様にたっくさん乗って頂ける様な仕上がりになりました(^^)
また今週末お待ちしておりますね～(^з^)-☆
